A Competitive 3-Axis Entry-Level Machine for Precision Surface and Profile Grinding
- Equipped with Siemens MC 1720 control system
- Utilizes BLOHM's single-piece production method with graphical operator guidance
- Offers various grinding technologies including reciprocate grinding and creep feed grinding
Design Characteristics:
- Exceptionally sturdy components made of ductile cast iron
- Raised Z-axis guideways
- Linear guideways incorporated in all machine axes
- Recirculating ballscrews featuring Siemens drives in all machine axes
- Grinding spindle lubricated with grease, equipped with BLOHM transverse stop
- Enclosure and coolant trough designed as welded structures
- Spacious sliding door located on the exterior of the enclosure
- Maintenance doors positioned on both the left and right sides
