Whether it's an internal or external thread, trapezoidal or round, Whitworth or conical pipe thread, success is guaranteed on the first attempt with the aid of suitable clamp holders, boring bars, indexable inserts, and support plates.

Enhanced Cooling Efficiency

Cutting inserts and tool holders featuring through-tool coolant deliver superior performance by regulating temperatures precisely. The ARNO added value system stands out with its emphasis on precision cooling for maximum wear protection. Specifically, the ARNO AMS Mini-System incorporates cutting inserts with dedicated coolant channels, ensuring optimal cooling even in confined spaces.

For through-bores, the IKO coolant channels guide chips away from the flute, while IKU channels are ideal for blind holes, directing chips behind the flute for efficient removal. Triple coolness is achieved with ARNO carrier tools for external machining, providing three coolant supplies for effective chip evacuation and extended tool life. The integration of coolant transfer with KMH tool holders offers unprecedented ease without cumbersome hose connections, allowing for customizable coolant transfer as needed.

Versatile Seating for Unmatched Adaptability

KMH Tool Holders, meticulously designed by ARNO, offer a comprehensive solution for a wide array of applications. With their VDI shank, they seamlessly integrate into almost every machine type, providing a foolproof fit. What sets them apart is not only their compatibility but also their dual mounting capability – whether installed conventionally or overhead. This flexibility extends to coolant options, allowing for configurations with or without through-tool coolant.

The interface between the holder and the machine is meticulously crafted to eliminate the need for hoses and potential interference edges that could trap chips. This thoughtful design ensures a clean and efficient operation. The holders are optimized for stability and safety, providing a secure foundation for various machining tasks. Special holders and clamping blocks further enhance versatility, enabling the use of grooving modules and grooving blades in addition to monoblock holders.

For a streamlined coolant supply, the direct transfer from the holder to the tool holder is simplified and secured through scaling. This meticulous engineering guarantees repeat accuracy, stability, and flexibility in every application, enhancing the overall performance and reliability of the machining process.
