The HELITRONIC DIAMOND EVOLUTION tool eroding machine, equipped with C.O.R.E. technology, offers the dual capability to erode PKD/CBN materials and grind high speed steel/carbide tools in a single setup. This compact yet highly efficient machine supports tools ranging from 1 to 165 mm in diameter, lengths up to 185 (255) mm, and weights up to 30 kg, all within a single clamping cycle.

Gantry design
The WALTER's cast iron gantry structure, renowned for its superior damping qualities, guarantees impeccable tool surface finishes.
Laser Contour Check
This cutting-edge option introduces an intelligent measurement system into the tool grinding and eroding machine, enabling precise, non-contact assessments of various parameters on cylindrical tools.
Linear Axes
Equipped with a ball screw, the tool eroding machine features three linear axes (X, Y, Z) capable of achieving a top travel speed of 15 m/min.
Belt-Driven Spindle
The HELITRONIC DIAMOND EVOLUTION features an HSK 50 belt-driven spindle, accommodating two spindle ends. It supports up to three electrodes and three grinding wheels, or alternatively, up to six grinding wheels.
Fine Pulse Technology
The eroding machine incorporates advanced eroding technologies for a consistent and swift eroding process, guaranteeing superior surface finishes and reduced chipping.
