The UCMSmartLine stands as a modular immersion-type ultrasonic system, featuring up to nine wash and rinse stages. This versatile and carefully designed system offers a multitude of options for addressing unique cleaning tasks, especially those demanding the utmost component quality.
Machine Concept
- Components undergo agitation in wash and rinse modules, with optional rotary and spinning movements.
- Variable ultrasonic equipment supports mono, twin, and multi-frequency operations, ranging from 25 to 120 kHz.
- Drying options include hot air, infrared, and vacuum drying, with several drying stages possible when selecting the infrared option.
- Incorporates an overflow circuit filtration system.
- Features a flexible transport system for managing product carriers and baskets.
- Allows for the easy creation of up to 99 different cleaning programs.
- Provides process visualization and fault diagnosis via an IPC controller.
- Can be connected to a rinse water/DI water re-circulation system.
- Maintains supply air filtered by a HEPA filter.
- Offers interfacing capabilities with clean rooms.
- Operates as a closed system.
