UCMIndexLine – Cleaning Precision for Complex Small Parts
The UCMIndexLine represents a highly compact rotary indexing system equipped with six cleaning stations, delivering precision cleaning using an aqueous solution. Integrated cleaning and rinsing stations, with or without ultrasound technology, facilitate the emulation of nearly all cleaning processes. As a result, it accommodates various process sequences and their quantities. This system is purpose-built for intricate and diminutive components

- Offers cleaning under vacuum conditions using Pulsated Pressure Cleaning (PPC).
- Includes a basket spinning feature with programmable speed.
- Features automatic temperature and liquid level control.
- Allows for freely programmable cycle times.
- Can store up to 1,000 programs with up to 30 phases.
- Equipped with CU-4000 control.
- System operation via a 6.5" LCD touchscreen.
- Compact design (<1m²).
- Designed for ease of maintenance.
- Offers process registration for statistics, history, and quality control (optional).
