Automation with UniLoad

A loader solution utilizing a linear gantry cell with dual grippers is available for S31 and S33 machines with center distances of 650 mm and 1000 mm.

The loading system accommodates parts up to 350 mm in length and 100 mm in diameter, covering a wide range of components typically processed on these machines.

Parts are delivered via a standardized, adjustable prismatic conveyor.

The base module enclosure, tailored to the machine design, features a standard loading hatch, ensuring safe and clean system operation.
