The S121 represents a radial internal cylindrical grinding machine, ideal for precision grinding of chuck components internally, externally, and on the face.
With a maximum swing diameter of 300mm (11.8") and a maximum workpiece weight of 100kg (220lbs), it offers versatility for various machining tasks. Specifically designed for intricate workpieces made from tough materials like tungsten carbide, ceramics, and sapphire, the machine excels in both complex and general grinding applications.
It boasts advanced technical features including the innovative StuderGuide® guideway system, precise axis drives powered by linear motors, and a fully automated B-axis with direct drive.
