Automation featuring InsertLoad
For S31 and S33 machines with center distances of 400 mm, 650 mm, and 1000 mm, a robot cell-based automation solution is available.
The loading system accommodates chuck parts up to 100 mm and shaft parts up to 300 mm in length, ideal for small to medium-sized workpieces.
Parts are delivered through a standardized drawer system. The enclosure of the base module, equipped with a loading hatch as standard, has been adjusted to fit the machine.
