INDUCTOSCAN FLEX machine stands out for its adaptable design, facilitating efficient customization to suit individual requirements. With its modular structure, it ensures quick and precise adjustments for various processing tasks, enhancing versatility and productivity.
Features
- Modular integration of different types of inverters in various power and frequency levels:
- MF: 50-200 kW, 5-40 kHz
- RF: 50-150 kW, 50-400 kHz
- Standard clamping length up to 900 mm, optionally 1,500 mm
- Standard hardening length up to approx. 800 mm, optionally up to 1,500 mm
- Two or optionally three programmable inductor axes
- Optional programmable servo rotary axis on lower tips
- Extensive options including expansion to four axes, remote maintenance module, system cooler, decentralized extraction, floor pan, pyrometer monitoring, parameter documentation module, heating for quenching agents, automatic transformer level or frequency adjustment, etc.
- Modularly adaptable processing modules with plug-and-play technology such as:
- Inter-peak module, single or double track
- Switch plate module with 60°, 90°, or 180° clocking
- Horizontal module
- Starting module in conjunction with switch plate
- Menu-driven Siemens CNC control optionally available:
- Siemens 840D with control panel type OP12
- Siemens Sinamics with control panel type TP1500
- Automatic monitoring of all process-relevant parameters for maximum quality control
