Are you in need of a grinding solution for handling large lot sizes or batch production? Consider the PROFIMAT RT. This highly efficient machine, featuring a traveling column design and rotary indexing table, allows for concurrent workpiece handling during grinding. Its combination of low setup costs, high efficiency, and adaptable automatic workpiece change systems sets new standards in modern and cost-effective production.
With a maximum spindle power of 60 kW and cutting speeds of up to 170 m/s, the RT is well-suited for various grinding processes including conventional grinding, CD, IPD, and CBN grinding. Its features include a rotary indexing table with a diameter of 1,000 mm, a traveling column design, a rigid machine structure due to ample guide spacings, and high infeed speeds and accelerations.
